NC Mountain Wedding at Camp Cheerio

Our Blue Ridge Mountains wedding video team had the pleasure of filming Catherine and Clay’s amazing wedding weekend. Catherine’s mom is a florist and we happened to work the same wedding a few months back. Once she saw our highlight edit she had to have us for her daughter’s wedding! Needless to say, we were feeling pretty good about ourselves (no, we didn’t let it get to our heads too much).

Catherine and Clay had their rehearsal dinner at The Liberty in Elkin, NC. Our Blue Ridge Mountains wedding video team captured the heartfelt toasts, awesome groom’s cake and folk music from the live band. It was a really fun time!

It was our first time out at Camp Cheerio for a wedding, and we were completely blown away. With the 180-degree mountain view as a back drop for their ceremony, we were left with no words. It was completely stunning. Our Western NC wedding video team spent a little extra time just to really capture the essence of this amazing venue.

Catherine and Clay’s reception was held at the beautiful High Meadows Country Club in Roaring Gap, just outside of Glade Valley. It was nothing but energy in this fun and exciting party. Catherine and Clay had an amazing band that really kept the party going all through the night. And can we take a moment to talk about these flowers?! Pam (Catherine’s mom) and her team did a knock-out job on the floral work. Our Western NC wedding video team made sure to capture every detail of Pam’s hard work for her daughter’s wedding day.

We had an incredible time at Catherine and Clay’s wedding. We truly felt a part of the family. If we could, this would be a wedding that we would put on repeat just to relive it again and again. We hope you all enjoy their highlight as much as we enjoyed filming it.
