Kirsten + Patrick Feature Film

Jefferson Wedding Video

Back in early January of this year Kirsten and Patrick had a beautiful winter wedding in snow-filled Jefferson, NC. Their NC mountains wedding video turned out to be even more dramatic with all the snow! Our Jefferson wedding video team arrived to the wedding a day early, as a precaution to not get stuck in the snow storm. Good thinking too!! Jefferson got over 8 inches that day!

Kirsten and Patrick were SUCH a fun couple to film, and both had so much fun getting ready at the Twickenham House. Kirsten and Patrick were so grateful that everyone was still able to attend their wedding, despite the weather. Our favorite part about their day was their first look. The wind chill was -26 degrees, and Patrick gives you an idea of just how cold it was on top of that mountain. We love love love how their first look really highlighted the realness between these two and made their Jefferson wedding video even more fun.

After a brief (VERY brief because it was freezing!) photo/video session with the couple, it was on to get ready for the ceremony. Kirsten and Patrick were surrounded by those that mean the most to them as the solidified their promises to each other. The NC mountains got their latest newlywed couple that day as they said their “I Do’s”.

Our NC Mountains wedding video team really fell in love with the adorable Twickenham House and Hall. Kirsten and Patrick were able to do everything at the one location, which allowed our Jefferson wedding video team to capture everything they needed (and more!) to create their feature film. Kirsten and Patrick had so many amazing details incorporated into their reception, and we loved filming every last one.

Family, love, glam and snow made this Jefferson wedding one for the books. We are so excited to share their feature film with you all today. If you’re a winter weather lover, you’ll absolutely love Kirsten and Patrick’s wedding day.

Congratulations to the happy couple, Kirsten + Patrick!

Devon + Greg Highlight Film

Carolina Inn Wedding Video

Devon and Greg were married on NYE in Chapel Hill and their Carolina Inn wedding video turned out amazing! This fun couple allowed us to film their rehearsal dinner, which added a lot of awesome additional footage for us to put in their Chapel Hill wedding video.

They both got ready for the big day at The Carolina Inn, in separate suites. This allowed our Chapel Hill wedding video team to work together throughout the entire day, to get as much footage as possible. Devon had her brother be her “Man of Honor” and her first look with him was so so sweet!! It can be kind of hard to film when you’re crying along with everyone else, but we made do. Greg got ready with all of his groomsmen as well. It was a very lighthearted and fun time, almost no stress on either side of the bridal parties all day long.

Devon and Greg shared their first look in a secluded spot just for the two of them and we feel that special moment is just one of the high moments of their Carolina Inn wedding video. Our other favorite moment was the vows shared between them at their ceremony. Devon and Greg really took the time to make their vows true to one another and it told their story better than our Chapel Hill wedding video team ever could. Thanks for making our job easy guys!!! 🙂

There were so many elements to Devon and Greg’s wedding day that we could go on and on about, but take about 10 minutes and see for yourself all the elements that made Devon and Greg’s wedding day truly theirs. Be sure to watch until the end for the big NYE countdown.

Congratulations to HoneyDew Films’ latest newlyweds- Mr. and Mrs. Nelson.

Bekah + James Highlight Film

Blue Ridge Mountains Wedding Video

Bekah and James were married at the gorgeous Leatherwood Mountains Resort in late October of this year. Our NC Mountains wedding video team was beyond excited to film all of Bekah and James’ amazing moments on their wedding day.

We had such a fun time with Bekah and her bridesmaids during bridal prep. Our Blue Ridge Mountains wedding video team filmed all of the exciting moments and as well as the emotional ones, while Bekah got ready for her first look with James.

James was an absolute joy to be around. He beamed the entire wedding day and his love for Bekah was bursting at every seam. Our NC Mountain wedding video team really enjoys it when the groom savors every moment of his wedding day.

Before we knew it, it was time for Bekah and James to see one another for the first time during their first look. And what an amazing first look it was. From that moment on, all anxieties were a thing of the past. These two were ready to get married under the pecan tree at the Leatherwood Mountain resort.

Our Blue Ridge Mountains wedding video team was able to capture all of the highs during their ceremony. One moment in particular that we loved was the vows between the bride and groom. Such sweet words and love were passed between these two in front of all their closest family and friends. We were in awe of their passion for each other.

Our NC Mountains wedding video team had such an amazing time at Bekah and James’ special day. We could go on and on about how incredible it was, but we will let you see for yourself!!

Congratulations to the happy couple, Bekah and James!

Catherine + Clay Highlight Film

Blue Ridge Mountains Wedding Video

Our Blue Ridge Mountains wedding video team had the pleasure of filming Catherine and Clay’s amazing wedding weekend. Catherine’s mom is a florist and we happened to work the same wedding a few months back. Once she saw our highlight edit she had to have us for her daughter’s wedding! Needless to say, we were feeling pretty good about ourselves (no, we didn’t let it get to our heads too much).

Catherine and Clay had their rehearsal dinner at The Liberty in Elkin, NC. Our Blue Ridge Mountains wedding video team captured the heart-felt toasts, awesome groom’s cake and folk music from the live band. It was a really fun time!

It was our first time out at Camp Cheerio for a wedding, and we were completely blown away. With the 180 degree mountain view as a back drop for their ceremony, we were left with no words. It was completely stunning. Our Western NC wedding video team spent a little extra time just to really capture the essence of this amazing venue.

Catherine and Clay’s reception was held at the beautiful High Meadows Country Club in Roaring Gap, just outside of Glade Valley. It was nothing but energy at this fun and exciting party. Catherine and Clay had an amazing band that really kept the party going all through the night. And can we take a moment to talk about these flowers?! Pam (Catherine’s mom) and her team did a knock-out job on the floral work. Our Western NC wedding video team made sure to capture every detail of Pam’s hard work for her daughter’s wedding day.

We had an incredible time at Catherine and Clay’s wedding. We truly felt a part of the family. If we could, this would be a wedding that we would put on repeat just to relive it again and again. We hope you all enjoy their highlight as much as we enjoyed filming it.

Congratulations to the newlyweds, Catherine and Clay!

Ty + Heather Feature Film

Triad Wedding Video

Heather and Ty were married at the beautiful Millikan Farms in Sophia, NC. Our Triad wedding video team grew close with this amazing couple on their wedding day. Everything was held at Millikan Farms, which allowed our Greensboro wedding video team to have ample time to capture every last detail of Heather and Ty’s big day.

Heather could hardly contain her excitement as she got ready to marry the man of her dreams. In every shot, every angle, Heather was nothing short of happy and radiant. Our Triad wedding video team had a hard time deciding what to leave out, rather than edit into this video, because every shot of Heather’s bride prep was so genuine and true to her character. What we loved most was Heather’s giddy dance moves from the moment we walked in, until the end of the night.

Ty also got ready at Millikan Farms and had the most fun set of groomsmen to help him get ready. Our Greensboro wedding video team really enjoyed Ty’s laid back, but intentional personality. When doing the photo session with Ty, we also got to meet their adorable dog Sophie.

Heather and Ty shared their first look, and our Greensboro wedding video team felt truly honored to capture such a personal, intimate moment for the two of them. After a fun photo session it was on to the ceremony. Wow! What a loving and thoughtful couple. You’ll just have to watch the ceremony footage for yourself to see the love between these two special people.

After cocktail hour it was time for the reception! Our Triad wedding video team captured some of the best toasts we’ve heard in awhile, which made for the perfect backdrop for their feature film. We literally bawled our eyes out going through this footage.

Every detail, every moment, and every person in attendance made this feature film truly special and we are so very excited to share their amazing day with you all. We hope you fall in love with them, just as we did.

Congratulations, Heather and Ty!
